Overview “Operator Panel”, a VoiceMailTel feature
Operator Panel is a switchboard that allows you to monitor and manage the call flow within your VoiceMailTel account.
Operator Panel feature
It displays live statuses of extensions, queues, call parking and conferences and allows live call transfer at the push of a button. Since the Operator Panel is a flash-based solution it is available online and you can access it instantly from any computer with an active internet connection. Once logged in to the VoiceMailTel account management portal, simply click on the Operator Panel tab to start managing your calls.

Extensions are represented by a rounded rectangle containing a label (usually the name of the person that can be reached at this extension or department) and the extension number (if assigned). Extensions can be sorted alphabetically or numerically. |
Calls that come through your company queue(s) are listed in the Queue Box. Those can be transferred to any extension if picked up by agents logged to the specific queues. |

This feature allows you to forward a call to a queue and use any VoIP device connected to your VoiceMailTel system to retrieve that “parked” call. |

How do I access the Operator Panel feature?
You can use the Operator Panel feature by accessing your VoiceMailTel account. You click on the Operator Panel Tab and there you go, you can see who is on the phone, parked calls, incoming and outgoing calls.
Do I need to install anything in order to use this system?
Yes, to use the Operator Panel system is required to install on your computer the Adobe Flash Player plugin, otherwise you won’t be able to see all the information.
