Whether you're in the office, working from home, or on the road, you can access your voicemail and get notified of new messages as they arrive. Our Voicemail service allows you to check and receive all your voice messages through your personal computer or touchtone telephone. |

How do I access my voicemail by telephone?
1. For Digital Phone connected to VoiceMailTel service - press * -> wait for the menu -> press 1 -> enter your extension -> enter your password -> select desired option
2. For other devices (cell or analog phones) - call your company's main phone number -> press * -> wait for the menu -> press 1 -> enter your extension -> enter your password -> select desired option

How can I access my voicemail from an Internet browser?
You can log onto your online account on our portal and set it up so that your voicemails will be stored in your mailbox as .wav audio attachments. From then on you can simply log in and play the files or save them on your computer. You can access your online account from any Web browser. |

How can I view my voicemail activity?
To view your voicemail activity:
Login to your account on VoiceMailTel portal
Click the Inbox link
All voicemail messages stored in your extension's mailbox are listed
To listen to a voicemail, click the play link next to the message

How can I check my voicemail with my VoiceMailTel account when I am traveling abroad?
You can use your virtual calling card by dialing your VoiceMailTel number, then access the voicemail option. You can also have voicemails sent to your email account. |

How can I modify my voicemail notification?
Login to your portal account
Click the Call Routing link
Click step number 5, Voicemail Notification
In the Voicemail Notifications section, enter the address you wish to use for notification
Click Save

Can I listen to my voicemails as soon as I'm notified?
Yes. Once you get a notification, just log into your online portal account or open your email and then open the voicemail. |

How many messages can I receive?
Each extension can handle up to 500 voicemails for a storage time limit of 3 months. |

Can I forward my voicemails to other people?
Yes, you can simply forward them to anyone you like, the same way you would forward an email message. You can also forward voicemails stored in your online account. |

How many mailboxes come with my voicemail?
This differs by the plan you chose.
In the Start plan you get 5 extensions with 5 mailboxes
In the Basic plan you get 10 extensions with 10 mailboxes
In the Advanced plan you get 15 extensions with 15 mailboxes
Keep in mind that you can order more extensions at any time.

How long can a message be?
Voicemails can be up to 5 minutes in length. |
