Call Transfer - How it works

You will be able to transfer callers between extensions/mailboxes just like a large corporate phone system does (e.g. a support representative in Boston can transfer a caller to a sales representative in Los Angeles). To transfer a call to someone outside of your office, just press the # key and enter the extension number you want the call to be transferred to.

You can transfer an urgent call directly to the extension of the person who needs to take the call.
