What is Call Queue?
Call Queue gives you callers the option to get out of hold, and you can answer your multiple calls in the order they were received.

How will I be notified of a new call on queue?
You will get prompted at your extension with a beep every time a new call is on the line.

Can I play promotional messages to a caller in queue?
You can play promotional messages, company info or music on hold to your callers when they are waiting in queue.
