For a Digital Phone Line
- Press *
- Wait for the menu
- Press 2
- Press 1 and enter the destination phone number (include 1 and the 3-digit area code)
For other devices (cellular or analogue phones)
- Call your main company phone number
- Press *
- Wait for the menu
- Press 2
- Enter your extension
- Enter your password
- Enter the destination phone number (include 1 and the 3-digit area code)
How does simultaneous Call Forwarding work?
You can set the system to forward your incoming calls to 3 different phone numbers at the same time.
Can I have my VoiceMailTel number forwarded to a different phone during off-hours?
You simply change your call forward settings for the day of the week and the time of day.
Can I turn off the call display when a call is forwarded?
When a call is forwarded to you, the name or/and number of the caller will be displayed on your phone.
What do I do when calls are forwarded to me?
When a call is forwarded to you, your phone display tells you who is calling.
