What is Call Analysis?

The Call Analysis feature on your portal account helps you out with a professional and very useful inventory of all your company’s incoming and outgoing calls.

Any business owner wants to keep track of its company calls, but that usually takes a lot of time on counting or maybe even more persons employed to do the job. VoiceMailTel’s Call Analysis feature does that for you automatically, so you will not miss any more time and your reports will be perfect, with no more errors.

This feature also helps you keep track of your employees outgoing calls, meaning that you’ll be able to see who’s calling on personal interest or for job purposes, and also see whom of your employees are more productive and who are not.
