You have to send an e-mail at sales@voicemailtel.com mentioning that you want to cancel your account and the reason you want to do so. Before canceling, your balance needs to be up to date.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes you may cancel your account anytime you want but you will still have to pay your invoices.
